Advanced toolbar where is it

Hi

I am just starting with recap and have taken some pictures of a topsoil stock pile with my gopro mounted on the top my 5 m high survey staff instead of a drone as the site is next to an airport. I have desktop subscription to infrastructure suite and 100 credits and have built a couple of models and they look good. However I can not see the advanced tool bar to assign a scale to get the model roughly right. My question is how to I turn on the advanced function. From what I have read do I have to have subscribe to recap on top of desktop subscription to get the advanced toolbar turned on?

Hi Justin,

The advanced tools and all the other "ultra" features only works with ReCap license or ReCap360 subscription plan.

I have gone to the website you suggested and then added a subscription liecence to my cart (two actually now by mistake)but when I click cart the cart button I just see more products and get the screen below. Where/how do I actually pay and checkout?

Hi Justin,

I don't think you need to add your desktop license number.

Just select annual subscription and basic support and you should be good.

try the Aus store no luck either I am in New Zealand not sure if that means affects anything

ok change the setting in the AUS store to annual and how when I press add to cart it works and I have been able to proceed and pay. How long does it take for the advanced tools to become active? or are they just there in recap 360 when I log in again.

Ok logged out of Recap and then back in again and the advanced tool options are there.
