Hi There Kyle,

In answer to your questions, the scan when viewed in recap appears fine when you are zoomed in considerably (see Snap 1) but then as you zoom out to try and view the whole of the model the furthest points from where you are viewing the model start to disappear (see Snap 2) it appears as if there is only a certain depth of view that can be seen for some reason. The disappearance of the furthest points also continues if I try to rotate the model (see Snap 3)

When I bring the scan into a new model the issue still remains

I don't know how far the scan data is from the origin but if you let me know where to find that information then i can check and pass you the information over.

I have actually re-run the project twice now as I know sometimes if there are any issues with scans that have been created this will resolve them. Unfortunately this hasn't had any effect on this scan. If you need any further information please just ask.

Thanks

Lyndsey
