Fixed issue where attached projects would appear and disappear when changing view direction.

Fixed rendering artifacts related to geometry draw order of attached projects.

Improved lighting of attached projects.

Fixed issue where attached projects were not rendered in the correct location in projects with a user coordinate system (UCS).

Fixed issue related to attached projects flickering in exported videos.

Improved rendering of attached projects with transparent elements.

Added support for rendering text in attached projects.

Added support for creating seamless looping exported videos.

Added support to control pause and transition timing for exported videos.

Fix issue related to raising the application on mouse click when showing modal dialog.

Added ECEF as a current and target coordinate system option on import.

Improved workflow to specify coordinate systems on import.

Added support for importing LAZ files.

Added basic support for importing LAS version 1.4 files.

Added check for up-to-date graphics drivers.

Added support to detect crash in prior session.

Improved picking of 3D correspondence points in unstructured registration.

Improved temp folder cleanup in DeCap.

Fixed crash when exporting unified point clouds using DeCap.

Fix snapping compatibility in AutoCAD for projects exported to Unified RCS.

Fixed defect related to specifying survey coordinates in foot-inch mode.

Fixed defect related to unexpected view changes in orthographic mode.

Incorporated updated Leica SDK.

Fixed import failure for certain plain text point cloud files with intensity data.

Fixed OpenGL API version check for certain software rendering drivers.

Fixed support for normals in plain text point cloud files.

Security Improvements.

Installation Instructions

You must have administrative privileges on your Microsoft^® Windows^® operating system to complete the installation process.

Updating Autodesk ReCap 360 / Autodesk ReCap 360 Pro on a single computer:

1. Using Autodesk Desktop App:

Ensure ReCap 360 / Autodesk ReCap 360 Pro version 3.1.0.12 is installed on the computer.

Launch Autodesk Desktop App from the system tray or from Start -> Autodesk -> Autodesk Desktop App.

Click on the 'Updates' tab; Autodesk ReCap 360 / Autodesk ReCap 360 Pro v3.1.1.17 should be visible in the list.

Click on 'Install'. The new update will be downloaded and installed. ReCap 360 / Pro's current version 3.1.0.12 will be updated to version 3.1.1.17.

2. Direct download & install:

Ensure ReCap 360 / Autodesk ReCap 360 Pro version 3.1.0.12 is installed on the computer.

Download ReCap 360 / Pro update (version 3.1.1.17) from the following link:

Double click on AutodeskReCap360_v3.1.0.12_to_v3.1.1.17_x64.msp

Follow the installation instructions on the screen. ReCap 360 / Pro's current version 3.1.0.12 will be updated to version 3.1.1.17.
