Cloud project disappeared

Hi,

I recently used re-cap photo, uploaded some imaged and sent if off to the cloud to process (taking 4 cloud credits with it). It showed in a queue so I closed Recap photo. I opened it up later and there is nothing under "My Cloud Projects" and nothing in my Autodesk drive. Hitting refresh does nothing. Should I just assume its still processing? My cloud credits have been used so I assume its doing something.

I just had the same thing happen to me. I had an Object project "TheLanding-Test", that I had pushed to the cloud for processing (141 images). I received an email saying that it was ready, I opened ReCap Photo. I saw the project under "My Cloud Projects" and it looked like the thumbnail image was processing. After about 10 secs it disappeared. I tried refreshing and rebooting the computer. I also tried signing out and back in. No luck.
