Existing photo projects stuck in queue?

Hi, is there a health dashboard for recap processing? A have several projects that were resubmitted and have been in queue for many hours. Also, many of my project are not showing previews even though the projects have been processed initially through 3DR SiteScan's processes.

Sometimes it can take a little time for projects to start computing.

any problems there ?

in queue for a bit, worried i will get an error message after waiting for them to begin processing.

BECAUSE.

for all 3 that are in queue, i got the RETRY message after 99%.

i hit the RETRY several times, for all 3. and then refreshed browser after each one

and found they were in queue, about an hour or two now, in queue w no processing happening.

is there a chance browser reads "in queue" even if the project is in error ?

if it helps, all the images came off of the a360 drive. i usually just upload from desktop.

tried another one 1.5 hours ago.

and another with upload not A360.

getting

project failed

there was a problem with submission

ER0108

for a few hundred photos..

from A360 drive.

but then goes in queue. after 99%. error. cancel retry.

just tried 20. instead of a few hundred.

no error. and in queue.

Hi @Anonymous,

The processing times will depend on how much images are being submitted.

For the error that is happening after 99% it turns out that's due to passed amount of the allowed image count and our service not blocking the projects before they are submitted.

For example if you are using draft mode there should not be more than 50 images submitted, and for ultra mode not more than 250.

The team is working on this case so projects are not submitted with more photos than the allowed.

got it. figured it out via "help" but it didn't say 50 for draft.
