Missing data in Mirror Balls

HI there,

I Have registered a project in Faro Scene, and exported to FLS.

Once I import too Recap, everything is fone until i click inside the mirros balls. In all 85 scans there are large grey squares inside the panoramic photos and i have no idea why?? Please see attached.

Any help would be much appreciated...

Hi Steve,

What is the resolution of the scans in your project? Could you also provide the model number of the scanner.

Hi Marc,

We changed the resolution through out the project, however it was mainly 1/8 and 4x quality on the faro x130
