Recap projects published to BIM 360 will not load

I have tried to access several Recap projects posted on BIM 360 over the past few days and none of them will load the photo spheres. I can click and load the .rcp file, after that I get the endless cycle of the Autodesk Forge wheel circling. Tried selecting multiple different scan locations and no change. Is anyone else having this problem?

Were these projects loading successfully previously and only stopped loading recently?

Yes, they were loading successfully for the past few months and then stopped. Apparently we needed to clear all cache from our web browsers to get the projects to start responding again.
