Model looks nothing like it should

So I took 54 photos of my face, to get an acurate model and well the final product after waiting 2 days is nothing like it should be. I have nothing that resembles a face or even anything remotely it. Also questioning, why on a educators liscence I dont have access to direct customer support but thats something elseDon't know if this is a error on my part or if if this is autodesks services

Yea i talked to support, turns out the fault was on my end. I'm probably
going to take down this post if i can or close it. My photos where all
wrong as i didnt understand the basics. Oppsies, guess I was the
unreasonable one
