Recap pro licencing error

The problem is simple, i have an internet connection but the Recap Pro licence is not recognized.

It already worked for some times, but not anymore.

I try to reactivate it but it says that the autodesk server is not working, or I dont have an Internet connection.

Thanks for your post, sorry to hear you are experiencing this.

Can you tell me a little more about your installation of ReCap? Are you using a trial version or is it a fully licensed version of the software? Can you provide a screen shot of the error you are seeing?

From what you describe it sounds as though you may be experiencing the issue described in the article below. If that is the case please try the solution offered and let me know how it goes.

ReCap cannot be started and 0 days left and "Error connecting to server" when trying to update
