Fatal error exporting to .igs file in 2022 & 2023

Hi , I am having issues exporting files as .igs format especially lager format files. 100M and above, i get the following errors.

All surfaces are correctly trimmed and there are no errors when I run the file doctor.

Any help would be appreciated, I was thinking that there could be a conflict between PS2022/2023 and the subsequent exchange utilities, if I am using PS2022, but exchange 2023 is being used in the translation process?

Hi,

the same issue here, i have an open development case ( DCDOP-4003 ).

For large files we are blocked at Exchange 2021.

Same issue here. Any solution yet?

Using Powershape 2021 and AMDEU 2026

Powershape will give the same errors as pictured above...if I even get that far without my PC completely becoming unusable.
