Have you installed a 30 day trail version of Autodesk ArtCAM Standard 2018 at your end?

It seems that the 30 day trail period for Autodesk ArtCAM Standard 2018 has been over and you have to activate/purchase the software to use it further by clicking on the Activate button.

Sir, Artcam is not use by me, I temporary install it.

But the error was came in Power Shape.

Please use the procedure mentioned here in order to uninstall Autodesk ArtCAM from your computer.

Please confirm if the error/pop up's get resolved after uninstalling Autodesk ArtCAM.

If the error is reproducible after uninstalling ArtCAM, I request you to use Autodesk Screencast to create and share a screencast demonstrating the issue that you're describing using PowerSHAPE.

Art CAM was not remove from my PC, so I think I will remove Powershape and re-install it.

Thanks for your response.

You must have uninstalled ArtCAM from your computer using the control panel only, but that will not remove all the registry entries taken place while installing Autodesk ArtCAM 2018.

Hence, It is always recommended to use the Clean uninstall procedure mentioned here in order to uninstall any Autodesk product. If you want to uninstall Autodesk PowerSHAPE also, please use the Clean uninstall procedure.

There was some instances reported while importing the DXF and DWG files in Autodesk PowerShape 207 SP2 version and this instance was resolved with next update PowerShape 2017 SP3. Can you please update to latest version of Autodesk PowerShape 2017 SP6 or upraded version Autodesk PowerShape 2018 R2 (2018.1.1.18121) if you upgraded to 2018 series? You can download the latest version of Autodesk PowerShape 2017 and 2018 from Autodesk Desktop App or logging into Autodesk Account.

If you still able to reproduce the above instance with Autodesk PowerShape 2017 SP6 or Autodesk PowerShape 2018 R2 version please refer the attached copy of PDF Copy of Article. Please follows steps as mentioned in attached PDF File-

Follow the steps below;
1. Install the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 from here.
2. Restart Computer.

This is already verified by some of users of Autodesk PowerShape 2017 and resolved the above instance successfully. Please verify and confirm.

If the above suggested version resolves the above instance, can you please click on the button Accept As Solution from my post in this thread.
