    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;@Anonymous&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ok, I took another peek at this and I see the differences between the two toolpaths using essentially the same boundary.&amp;nbsp; The only thing that I can see is that the selected surface boundary has been edited.&amp;nbsp; One of the edits in both boundaries is an offset of&amp;nbsp; -0.03mm, which causes the boundary to flatten to the mid point of the selected surface.&amp;nbsp; The 2nd edit is a flatten to a Z level of -69.66.&amp;nbsp; This edit only occurs in boundary 13_1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think this last edit is what is causing the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, the surface is a selected surface boundary.&amp;nbsp; If you want to offset the boundary slightly, you can offset this type of boundary in a 3d fashion instead of a 2d fashion (which was applied).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully this answers your question.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;@Anonymous&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopefully I understand your question correctly.&amp;nbsp; If not, please elaborate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The boundary edges for boundary 13 &amp;amp; 13_1 are identical but are located at different heights.&amp;nbsp; When PowerMill calculates toolpaths with boundaries, it calculates the toolpath normal in the Z axis towards the model.&amp;nbsp; The purpose of the boundary is to localize the machining within the boundary or outside the boundary....not to stop the tool in the Z plane.&amp;nbsp; If you are expecting the toolpath the stop at the boundary Z level, this will not occur.&amp;nbsp; If this is the behavior you are looking for, you will need to use the Z minimum and maximum planes located in the Limits page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
