Making a Formtool

Can someone help me make this tool i tried but getting everytime error.

Most of those guys have DXF files of their tooling they are happy to send you, I always reach out to them before struggling with making a form tool.

As @M_Hennig mentioned above, you need DXF file from the supplier to create the form tool.

In your case, I showed how to get "DXF" file as below picture, you can see and download it

You will create the form tool easily if you create the "TIP" and "SHANK" separately.

I had already created your file succeed in the PowerMill, which you can use for references
