After adding some toolpaths to stockmodel out of nowhere appear some lines above stock model, which are for sure triangles because next toolpath machines on them, any ideas how to get raid of them, It keeps me changing stock model or doing some dummy toolpaths just to get that material out of the stock, thanks

this could be caused due to the block. Did you use a triangle model for your initial block? I've had this happen when i import my block as a step file sometimes. it could be because the step model is not a true (watertight) solid, or it had some anomaly when exporting/importing it. The only fix I've found is putting that block in powershape, make sure its a true solid with no faults and export it as a dmt file. 99 times out of 100 this solves it.

I've been having this problem a lot lately. After reading this I brought my DMT file into Powermill Modeling and could clearly see the holes, big holes, in the file. Can I heal an STL or DMT in Powermill Modeling?

I don’t believe so. To do anything with a mesh I believe you need Powershape Ultimate

Thanks for the reply. I was afraid you were gonna say that. I'll need to figure something out, resting off of the stock model like that is maddening.

The thing is, in my case the model is coming from another system, and to do so on

Powershape you need to have the licence, The powermill license is not enough to watertight the model. I did patch some of the holes i found but still the same problem so i just made dummy toolpaths just to get raid of that annoying material left and have the work done.
