topic Model area clearance-corrupt toolpath error in PowerMill Forum

Afternoon folks. We are having issues trying to write a single nc program. We are getting the error message saying that a toolpath in the nc program is corrupt. However, should we close the program and open up a fresh window and write the toolpath and subsequent nc program it writes ok. We do not change any settings.

Any ideas why we can write a program with errors one minute and then write the exact same program a minute later and it's fine?

this has happened with different models. We have made sure the both windows and powermill are all up to date.

Pic attached.

Cheers for any help:-)
