How to get the PowerMILL 2024 offline installation package? I use the online installation package is was stuck in the 4% progress.

Hello @hx. I'm sorry you're having this problem. You can download an offline installer though your Autodesk account at https://manage.autodesk.com/products. But the first step of downloading the installer displays the same dialog you've shown a screenshot of. I've just tried it myself, including the Chinese Simplified version and it worked for me. Can you please try again. We released a lot of products today so it is possible our systems were overloaded. If it still isn't working for you then I'd suggest contacting Autodesk support: https://www.autodesk.com/support/contact-support.
