Settings gone in PM17 after installing PM18

Hello,

After I installed PM18 (not tested yet) I lost some settings in PM17 (set back to default).

The ones I found are:

- Setup sheets

- NC Program Machine Option File

- User defined fiels in Status Bar

- Feed rate plunge factor

I find this pretty annoying because there has been told that PM17 & PM18 are 2 complete seperate installations.

Did anyone notice this also or am I the only one?

Please prevent this from doing this in the future.

I've had that happen a few times to me as well in the past for exactly all those settings.

What I have done to eliminate that is input all those settings into my pmuser.mac file and saved it in C:\dcam\pmill2 and never had that problem again.

Good idea. I've thought about this also but this should not be happening.
