Quick access menu - Icon size

Hi,

Is there a way that i can change the size of the icons on the Powermill quick access toolbar?

I use it to house my frequently used macros & commands and i show it below the ribbon, this i find easier than flipping through the ribbon.

However i would like the icons to be larger.

Any help that doesn't involve global windows settings would be appreciated.

I can't help the OP, I'm just here for the answer.

I thought the same thing not 2 minutes ago. Would be nice if you could double their size.

It seems that everything is hardcoded for the moment ! I really hope that it is just "for the moment", because I hate all these icons' sizes.

not for quick accesss menu but for ribbon you can costomize your icons

Hi Kevin,

Unfortunately at the moment there is no way to change the size of the icons in the Quick Access Toolbar.

Hi,

I have also noticed that when i set my quick access toolbar to be below the ribbon that it does not remember this setting next time i start Pmill?

Development are aware of this issue and will be working to make the necessary changes to allow PowerMill to remember the position of the quick access toolbar.

@Anonymous You can add this line to your pmuser.mac file till there is a fix

EDIT WIDGET "Ribbon" RESOURCE "uiRIBQATONTOP" "FALSE"

Thank you for your suggestion, I did note the command, but as a group we share a start up macro.

We are still switching between Pmill 2016 & Pmill 2018 until we have fully tested all our existing macros.

I'm a little bit out of this topic , but I have the same situation (2017->2018) and I'm still using both releases until 2018 will becomes a stable release (2017 for daily work for me and my colleagues , and 2018 for tests and validations). So some of my macros needs to works in both version as I don't want to multiply the macro files and be sure to keep an easy transition from 2017 to 2018.

Of course I dont' like to complicate a macro whitch is sometimes already quite complex, but for some of them I added a piece of code to test the version and adapt the code to 2018.

In other hand, I think it will be also usefull when we will completly swich to 2018 or higher to identify by this code the main modification impose by the new release.

Hereafter an example :

REAL PMILL_Ver=$REAL($PMILL_Ver_ST)
