Post processor errormessage

I'm moving from an old pc to new and attempting to get a program to post process returns the error message as left.

The 'Machine Option File' appears to be pointing to the correct location so I'm not sure this is the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try changing the .OPT to .pmoptz ive attached a image to show what mine is set too.

Hi Colin, you just need to install ductpost application for .opt files.

Try to open the opt file with Delcam Postprocessor 2016 and save it as a pmoptz file.

This might help, but I'm not sure though.

Is DuctPost installed on your computer? If so, try reinstalling.

This is as some others have mentioned, due to the fact you are still using a OPT style post. The current Post Processor 2018 will only process PMOPTZ files.

You will need to download and COM register the dongle free version of Duct Post attached to my post here.

Moving forward, create a support case through your Autodesk Account and request the post team to update your post to be compatible with the latest version of Post Processor.

Hi Jonathan,

as you can see in colin picture he is still using Powermill 2016 and not any Autodesk Powermill version
