PowerMill 2019 - rpm, feedrate error

I use PowerMill 2019.
The rpm and feedrate are strange.
Look at the attachment.

The spindle should be 5400. However, it comes in 5.4.
The feedrate should be 3400. However, it is 3.15.
The same is true for the plunge feedrate.

I do not know the cause.

Issue already developped in this forum : powermill-2019-standart-feeds-and-speeds-bug

The hotfix 2019 solved some issues but still have some problems for the tool database import

My company is using powerMill 5copy.
1copy only has this error.

FOREACH tp IN folder('toolpath') {
ACTIVATE TOOLPATH $tp
RESET TOOLPATH FEEDRATE
}

I used the command you gave me.
However, the feedrate continues to be output with the wrong value.

I don't face any issue. even I import tool from database or change parameters. I was facing issue about toolpath statistic error. but now it's temp. solved by the macro. (which I already sent you.)

as it is written in one of the many threads around this error.

It works on some computers and fail on others.
