Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to Autodesk PowerMill Forum.

You will need to take the Port cylindrical surfaces to PowerMILL Modelling, then will have to extracted average center-curve through the port & used it as a pattern in Port machining strategy.

Please have a look at the video showing how to extract center curve as pattern for port machining here.

Welcome to Autodesk Community.

To create a pattern for Port machining you need to take those port surfaces in Surface modeling.

Please select Spine curve option as indicated in 'port surface spine curve as a pattern.png':
Select surface->Convert it into Power Surface->Manage tab->Item->Spine curve
