&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You will need to take the Port cylindrical surfaces to PowerMILL Modelling,&amp;nbsp;then will have to extracted average center-curve through the port &amp;amp; used it as a pattern in Port machining strategy.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please have a look at the video showing how to extract center curve as pattern for port machining &lt;A href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O65lf1IyBRU" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To create a pattern for Port machining you need to take those port surfaces in Surface modeling.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please select Spine curve option as indicated in 'port surface spine curve as a pattern.png':&lt;BR /&gt;Select surface-&amp;gt;Convert it into Power Surface-&amp;gt;Manage tab-&amp;gt;Item-&amp;gt;Spine curve&lt;/P&gt;
