Hi @aadityadengle

Welcome to Autodesk community.

This behavior has been fixed in PowerMill Hot Fix 2018.0.2.1212103.

Download and install PowerMill Hot Fix 2018.0.2.1212103.

If you're not able to download the latest version; do the following:

Ensure PowerMill is not running

Download the attached 'relstatus.zip' file

Unzip the file to create the file "relstatus" (it must not have have a file extension)

Copy the downloaded 'relstatus' file to C:\Program Files\Autodesk\PowerMill 2018\sys\misc, replacing the existing file of the same name.

You may need to use a different location if you installed PowerMill somewhere else.

NOTE - You must have administrator rights to successfully replace this file.

Restart PowerMill

Open a suitable project and post-process an NC Program

Check the contents of the file to confirm that the BETA status text is no longer output.

Post Processor for DSP A11

I have found that the pre-installed post processors are not useful with DSP A11 controller. Typically router machinist come across this issue. Attached here is the post processor file which I have customized according to the said controller. I have tested the post processor with RichAuto A11 controller.

Please note if you are having Warning text in your generated *.tap file, stating

WARNING this program was generated by a pre-release version of PowerMill.
CODEBASE 1212103
It should be checked carefully before executing on a machine tool.

then please follow this solution.

Hello Kamalraj! Hope you are fine.

Have you heard that DSP A11 is not performing G02/G03 correctly? I've tested this commands in my brandnew machine and I noticed that it can do arcs but with wrong dimensions, start and end points.
Please, do you know whwther it can be solved via post processor that can write "wrong" G2/G3 parameters to get the moves right?
Thank you in advance for your comments.
