Problem finding "hole Feature" in PM2020.1

I found problems with hole feature recognition in PM2020.1

All holes are found if no direction limitations is set, but the many of the holes are in the wrong direction?

If "Find holes going down" is used many of the holes are not found.

I tried using the different settings in "Hole direction" Options with no luck?

Any suggestions for solution?

I just ran some test and don't see this behavior, can you upload your project or send a video?

Hi Jonathan

I can't upload anything to the forum due to company policy.

We have more than 20 users that cant get it to work.

All parts are from NX sendt in JT format. We have no problem in 2018.

Can you send me the exact settings in the create hole feature page? I wasn't able to reproduce in several file types.

Hi Jonathan

I just tested again everything works when i used reset all first.
It seems there is something that has changed so we have to change the macros we use.
