If you create a toolpath, then import a surface and recalculate the toolpath, it will rough the new surface.

If you need to recalculate the toolpath, add the new surface to the component thickness of the toolpath to be recalculated.

Open component thickness > Select the surface to be ignored > Acquire new component (Surface) to a new set > Set machining mode to ignore > Apply > Accept

Now recalculate the toolpath

Dear Mr. Jonathan

Thanks so much your help, I had done with your solution.

But If Powermill Improve for auto update is better:

EX: I had align in the Thickness for Ignore by Level 1 , when the surface of Level 1 change I much to manual to go to Thickness manual update. If PowerMill automatic is better.

Thanks

What you could do is, bring the surface in before you create toolpaths and set it to your Default Thickness as ignore. then when you want to use it for a specific toolpath, add it back into the machining category. This way any toolpath that needs recalculating will still have the same settings.
