Hello,

Arx compiled for AutoCAD 2017 using C++ ObjectArx 2017, is it possible to use same Arx in AutoCAD MEP 2017 and AutoCAD Electrical 2017 without recompiling?

Yes. These arx-files can be used in all AutoCAD 2017 verticals.

Below blog says that no C++ SDK and only .Net Arx supported?

Sorry, but you misunderstood this blog. Main idea is:

The ARX SDK will work with Vanilla AutoCAD and AutoCAD verticals based on it.

AutoCAD MEP is a one of AutoCAD verticals, so you can use ObjectARX (C++) to work with AutoCAD MEP. But there is no unmanaged API (such as ObjectARX) which can use work with specific MEP functionality.
