Run Out-of-Process from AutoCAD OEM - COM wrapper

Hi,

because AutoCAD OEM does not provide direct access to its ActiveX object model from outside its process I
need to create a COM wrapper to expose those interfaces you will need to access outside AutoCAD OEM process. I need to expose a function that use a custom command a call it from VBA app.

I try to use this project https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/objectarx/unable-to-zoom-particular-enitity-in-autocad-oem/td-p/9520497 but without success.

Can someone describe to me the step-by-step procedure for how to create the project or use an existing example? Thank you,
