getting exception error at below location in code:

can anyone advice what might have been causing this error to occur.

Try to replace:

acedCommandS(RTSTR,L"_.QSAVE",RTSTR);

with:

acedCommandS(RTSTR,L"_.QSAVE",RTNONE);
