ARX Load failed in Civil 2017

I built a new EMPTY ARX project with ARXWizard 2017 in VS (Visual Studio) 2015 and Autocad 2017 (Civil 2017) don't want to load it. I did not add any my command.

I tried both release and debug version.

Has anybody some idea what to do with it?

Did you build the correct 32 bit / 64 bit version?

Are you sure that you are using the correct ObjectARX headers and libs? Check include- and library-paths.

How do you try to load the ARX and what exactly happens, when you try to load it?

Have you tried to compile an run one of the sample ARX projects from the <ARX>\samples ?

32 / 64 bit. It was the problem.
