Create a contextual ribbon rule programmatically

Hi guys,

I read the following article from Kean Walmsley:

He explains how to create rules for contextual tabs with xaml. I like to do the same programmatically. I found Autodesk.AutoCAD.Ribbon.TabSelectorRules and Autodesk.AutoCAD.Ribbon.Rule. But where and how do i register my rules?
