Error about Ribbon's RibbonPaletteSet

when I create a CDocument in CAD winFrame ,it works well except showing a error dialog below in only one single computer.

"An unhandled exception occurred in the application rent.
Try to read or write to protected memory. This usually indicates that other memory is corrupted"

and if I input "Ribbonclose" to close the ribbon above before create the CDocument, the error messagebox wouldn't appear.

CAD version:2011 or 2014

windows version:win 10

1. AutoCAD 2011 and 2014 are not supported on Windows 10.

2. Check FIBERWORLD system variable.

1.you mean only cad 2011 and 2014 would cause such situation？ I change the FIBERWORD variable from 1 to 0,and the error disappear!! why is it ?

and if I close the fiber by setting FIBERWORLD to 0, the error wouldn't apear, but I am curious if this will cause any problems because of FIBERWORLD being setted 0?

Usually to restore Ribbon need set NEXTFIBERWORLD to 1 and restart AutoCAD.

But if you need to debug your application NEXTFIBERWORLD to 0.
