Not ObjectARX related, but...Microsoft released WTL 7.0
today. You can get it at -

I have not check into this official release, but am scared by the fact that
Windows XP is the required OS.
I will check into this as soon as I get a chance to see if that is a real
limitation.. if anyone gets a chance feel free to post.

The flip side is that WTL is a very cool technology that allows really
efficient (speed+code base size) development of GUI. Well worth checking out
if you have any interest in Windows/MFC development
