Windows X Modeling more fast - aplication modeling

Hi people,
Im have a question:
(please look imagem atached )

It´s possible to create with visual C? objectARX?

this is a function of Architectural Desktop - calls ModeL Explorer.

I want to create a aplicattion that the user can create moremore easy an
furniture or other like sofa, etc....
We have an aplication to create , but we cant rotate like the
3DORBIT.....and cant display with shade/hide etc...
Today (see iamgem1.jpg), we create only puting values...and on final step
it´s created....
The idea is use pre shape to create or like that.... someone can helpme?

(Sorry,but my english is not too good... :o))

Andre,

Take a look at BlockView sample (it is placed on ADN website).
It shows how you can build an AutoCAD like window inside your dialog and
there you can draw things and use 3dOrbit as well.
