Create custom buttons

Hi to all,

I'd like to create a toolbar by ObjectArx that contains a simple Button for invoke a registered command DRAW_CAR.

After creation I'd like to import the toolbar in AutoCAD. Can you give me an example or a simple code snippet to achieve the goal?

There are two method to create toolbar with button(s)

1) With help of COM/ActiveX

2) Using AutoCAD .NET API (Autodesk.AutoCAD.Customization namespace - AcCui.dll file)

First method allow to create button on the fly but can not allow to save this button persistent in AutoCAD UI.

I am wonder if @Alexander.Rivilis helped you with options he provided above. Which one you tried?
