Hi, AutoDESK!
I am ADN member last three years, but last 5 days I can not login ADN site.
Is it only my problem or other boys has it also?

They have consolidated it with OTW (one team world). But I assumed our
old login name/passwords would continue to work, apparently not.

I can't get in either.

Hi,

Further, I can not use download managers like Download Accelerator or
GetRight anymore. I'm getting a small web page instead of the real file...

Is there also a problem with this?

My login name and password was changed by OTW. But now all right!!!

I expect this has been sorted for you now. (I've been out of the loop
because I was on vacation from my computer for a week. 🙂

If anyone is still experiencing problems:

The person we had listed as the marketing contact for your company should
have been given the login management details for your company. If you don't
know who that is, then please contact your local ADN Marketing contact. If
you don't know who that is, take a look here -

Welcome back Stephen,

Did you hear any issue about Download managers problem?
I already tried Download Accelerator and GetRight without success.
Both works fine on other known websites.
