<description>First you need good knowlage of C++, you need also VC++ 7.0 (Visual Studio
2002) and ObjectARX SDK from Autodesk (free to DL from Autocesk site). With
SDK you bekome too whole dokumentation with a small training for beginners.
Then you could get some books about ObjectARX. I personally have none but
... :).

Second for work with Autocad ARX must bee compiled with appropriate version
of libs (ObjectARX SDK and MFC). For Autocad 2000, 2000i it was VC 6 libs
and SDK 2000, for Autocad 2004 and 2005 VC 7.0 (not 7.1 - is inkompatible)
and appropriate version of SDK.
In your case you need too the source code of your app. If you dont have it,
you cant do anything.

Regards.

<description>I think he means the source code from the vendor you mentioned, unlikely, but you can still ask. Or you could outline what the program does and, also unlikely, maybe someone here will help you out.</description>

<description>That is a shareware, but its not a source code for that app. And i dont
think you will ever become the source.
So you can try to force the software vendor to recompile it for Autocad 2004
2005 or search for other soft.
