object Arx 2004 wizard gives error when try to install :(

hello all,
i have a setup of objectarx 2004. i have also installed .net 2003 on my machine. when i try to install "C:\ObjectARX 2004\utils\ObjARXWiz" it gives me weird error 😞 saying that " No visual studio.net is installed on your machine", even i have installed a .net 2003 with frame work .
So what is the problem exactly.

You need VS2002.

Hi,

The shipping ObjectARX Wizards 2004 installer wasn't supported VS .NET 2003
