ObjectARX 2007 wizard won't install

ObjectARX 2007 wizard, VS2005.

I keep getting the following error trying to install the wizard:

There is a problem with this Windows installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run.

Any ideas?

Do you run it from a subst'd disk?

Hi,

If you got a antivirus running, please allow VBScript to run for this
installer. There is few VBScript custom action required.
