CAcUiDialog class from 2006 to 2007

Have a problem with migration of ObjectArx program(on VS C++) from 2006 to 2007 AutoCad/ObjectArx. All objects connected with ObjectArx libraries was successfully compiled and built(i think so). But! Got a CAcUiDialog class in project from acui17.lib , and there is no difference to link this file or not to - it doesnt want to build it.
banal message "I wanna library":

maybe using TCHAR const *,... instead of, char const *, ... will help?

stuff.. into the old n automaticly updated in VS project(from 2002 to 2005 version of VS; 2006 to 2007 version of ObjectArx) moved all proj properties and code text from objectarx2007 example about cacuidialog.. got no any changes in errors). updating-migrating bug? ).
ok, then reversing that method.. my lovely text n dilogs copypasting to example and in result it simulating clearest executing..

new problem is lies in that cacuidialogs/caduidilogs example ( http://images.autodesk.com/adsk/files/autocad_2007_.net_training.zip ).
it does'not work). all, what i need to watch working professionaly-created-application, that is built and debug it..
on closing sample's window in acad we got "Unhandled exception at 0x0f4dff7b in acad.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x0000ff02" and nothing helps. all cacuidialogs-including projects are going the same way)
it's ignoring class distructor.. how we can cach that error?
looks like conflict of versions objectarx/autocad/VS ...but all parts is suitable-recomended)..
ask u for new music)
