i am trying to convert vc++ file to c# .using some converter. i am using objectarx2005 and objectarx2009

1.acmemdebug.h
2.gemetatp.h
3.gegtmti.h
4.dbidinln.h

where can i get this header files?

These header files are not available to the public
(they are internal to Autodesk only). You shouldn't need
them.

You can't really convert native C++ to C#.

can i get a sample file in c# where we compiling dll file ( in vc++ we will use .hfile and .cpp file) which is files used in C# donet 2005.

sample example will be helpful

Take a look at the following C# sample projects, included in latest and previous ObjectARX releases:
- ObjectARX 2010: EventsWatcher sample
- ObjectARX 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2009: DockingPalette and EventsWatcher samples
