Can I use ObjectARX out of charge?

I want to develop applications with objectARX SDK.

defore downloaded the SDK, I read the licnese part - Use of the software - .

but I can't clearly understand about this.

so...

If I develope application or plug in using the SDK and sell to others, then in this case, do I have to fee to Autodesk?

please help me about this.
