&lt;P&gt;We've just released &lt;A href="http://help.autodesk.com/view/NETF/2018/ENU/?guid=GUID-23DB26E0-CCB8-4736-A920-7666D41F0DAC" target="_blank"&gt;Autodesk Netfabb 2018.2&lt;/A&gt;. This version should resolve the costing issue that you were experiencing previously. The update can be found either in the Autodesk Desktop App or from the Autodesk Account portal.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the Netfabb forum! Sorry to hear that you are running into problems running your simulation on the cloud. This technology preview functionality is currently undergoing some maintenance, but it will return.&lt;/P&gt;
