Failure installing 2020

I have recently tried to install Netfabb 2020 ontwo separate computers and both fail. Checking the log I get this on both.

I downloaded via the way suggested by the troubleshooting guide and the tech that I worked with to try and resolve it.

I got the software from here

To choose the browser download method, use the drop-down menu to switch to it from the default Install Now:
