Has anyone had any luck importing and compiling a .NET assembly for AutoCAD?

I was able to create a blank shell in VS2003 using the C# App Wizard and successfully imported the project into Delphi 2005. However some of the references could not be resolved for some reason. References like using Autodesk.AutoCAD.ApplicationServices return an Undeclared Identifier error.
