where to download .net api for autocad

hi,

Im interested where can I download .net api for autocad.

I have downloaded objectArx and installed it to a folder.

I added Autocad 2023\acad.exe to the debug path.

and have used inc, and inc 64 folders from objectArx folder as references.

however, I get errors that say that "Autodesk" namespace is missing.

please help
