Automatic loading/saving of entities association for entities using dictionary

I have a requirement for creating a two lines which are associated with each other at the end point and their association details been save into to customized acad dictionary object. These to entities are more intelligent on deleting and moving each other would move and delete the other object too. so i need a dictionary object (custom class) for saving the association of objects.
hence the association to dictionary object and between the lines has to be saved and loaded automatically when the drawing is closed and opened again.

There may be many separate group of lines which are associated. so there will be multiple entries in dictionary.

The association of these objects should be save on completing drawing of that command.

once the Darwin is loaded or opened it should retain all the association.

Here It would be helpful if any related sample available on the above problem. like association of objects and loading and saving automatically on drawing open and closing.

please let me know if any more number of sample been provided.
