Problem with debugging VB.NET with Basic Express 2008

I am beginning to program with vb.net. I use the book of Jerry Winters "
VB.NET programming for Autocad Customization" and I have installed Microsoft
Visual BASIC 2008 Express Edition. I have installed the template that is in
the book (http://www.vbcad.com/downloads/AutoCAD2010VBNetTemplateSetup.zip)
and when I begin a new project I have the template installed. It allows me
to generate a DLL that I can execute in Autocad. My problem is that I cannot
debugging the code of vb.net project. It appears to me the following error
message :

Error while trying to run project: Unable to start program "C:\program
files\autocad map 3d 2010\acad.exe"
Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 express edition does not support debugging the
code type specificed by the project"

Is necessary Visual Studio 2008 to be able debugging the code? standard
version? professional version?
