I am using Prism 9.0, and in `MainWindow`, I have the following:

However, in `MainWindowViewModel`, I found that `_regionManager.Regions.Count() = 0`, which prevents navigation from working.

I mean that during the development of ObjectARX.NET, it doesn't work properly, but if it's an EXE application, there is no issue.

Imagine - as developer - a customer using your app tells you "it does not work" without any additional information.

Besides of Prism (which could be unknown to most of us) we are not knowing:
