How to Load a dll before a document opened?

I have a dll plugin written by c# which can capture the shx font replace windows and auto click certain shx font.

The Plugin works pretty well if AutoCAD form was fully double click dwg file to open the document.

By failed when double click dwg file to open a totally new AutoCAD form。

So，I wonder if there is any way to Load a dll before a document opened?

Thanks,that works after a dwg document was fully loaded.

But not before a dwg document was fully loaded.
