Extract Texts Based on Cordinates

Hello,

Currently i am doing a project needs to extract the texts based on co-ordinates specified by user. I did the block extraction, but stuck with co-ordinates.

If some one could suggest me to extract based on co-ordinates entered will be helpfull.
