Force "Acadiso" pattern when opening a file

Hello everyone.

I'd like to force "ACADIso.pat" pattern when someone open a file in AutoCAD or in a custom developed software.

Sometime, i recieve files from a customer and the files are not saved in iso pattern, so i have to copy everything, create a new file with the good pattern and paste everything in the new file.

Is there any possibility to do it "automatically" ? Or force a change inside the file to use the ACADIso pattern ?

This causes me a lot of troubles, especially with hatches.

Command: Measurement=0: Acad.pat
Command: Measurement=1: AcadIso.pat

However when a Hatch or Linetype is included in a drawing when referenced.
So you have to reload these items.

You can change them by reloading but that may change the "look" entities
